Welcome to RacingPlaymate.com, a community platform by Just Racer, connecting racing game enthusiasts (“Gamers”) with approved home hosts (“Hosts”) who offer sim racing experiences.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Overview

  1. RacingPlaymate.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an online platform that allows:

  2. Gamers to book and enjoy sim racing sessions at Host locations.

  3. Hosts to offer their home-based setups (provided and maintained by Just Racer) to paying gamers.

  4. We act as a facilitator between Hosts and Gamers. We do not own, control, or manage the premises used for hosting except for providing the simulation rigs and managing bookings.

2. Eligibility

  1. To use the platform, you must:

  2. Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if younger.

  3. Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  4. Provide accurate information during registration and booking.

3. Bookings and Payments

  1. All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised channels.

  2. Payment for each session is made in advance via the platform.

  3. Hosts will receive a share of the booking fee as outlined in their Host Agreement.

  4. Cancellations or rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see Section 8).

4. Host Responsibilities

  1. By joining as a Host, you agree to:

  2. Provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for gamers.

  3. Ensure the equipment (provided by Just Racer) remains in good condition.

  4. Follow our safety and operational guidelines.

  5. Not alter, move, or misuse the equipment without written permission from Just Racer.

  6. Hosts are not employees of Just Racer. You operate as an independent host under our network.

5. Gamer Responsibilities

  1. By booking a session, you agree to:

  2. Treat the host’s property and equipment with care and respect.

  3. Follow all instructions for safe use of the sim racing rig.

  4. Accept that participation is at your own risk.

  5. Be punctual for your session and avoid disruptive behaviour.

6. Equipment Ownership

  1. All sim racing rigs and accessories provided under the Racing Playmate network remain the property of Just Racer.
    Hosts and gamers must not tamper with, modify, sell, or lease the equipment without written consent.

7. Liability and Safety

  1. Racing Playmate and Just Racer are not responsible for:

  2. Any personal injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or unsafe behaviour during sessions.

  3. Damages caused by negligence or misconduct of users.

  4. Loss of personal belongings at host locations.

  5. All users agree to participate at their own risk and understand that sim racing is a physical and immersive activity that may not be suitable for everyone.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Gamers: Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Hosts: Hosts must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.

  3. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.

  4. Repeated cancellations may lead to suspension from the platform.

9. Privacy

  1. We respect your privacy.
    Personal data collected during sign-up or booking will only be used for providing our service, improving your experience, and fulfilling operational needs.
    We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

10. Termination and Suspension

  1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that:

  2. Violate these Terms,

  3. Engage in unsafe, disrespectful, or fraudulent behaviour,

  4. Misuse the platform or equipment.

11. Modifications to Terms

  1. We may update these Terms periodically to reflect improvements or legal changes.
    Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
