Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RacingPlaymate.com, operated by Just Racer, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for both gamers and hosts.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled when booking sim racing sessions or hosting activities.

By making a booking or joining as a host, you agree to this policy.

1. Gamer Bookings

1.1 Cancellations by Gamers

  • You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will not be eligible for a refund, as hosts have already reserved the slot.

  • No-shows (failure to attend) are considered a completed booking and non-refundable.

1.2 Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance, subject to host availability.

  • Each booking can be rescheduled once without charge.

1.3 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • If you booked through a promotional offer, refund eligibility will depend on the terms of that promotion.

2. Host Cancellations

2.1 Host-Initiated Cancellations

  • If a host is unable to provide the booked session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment issue, emergency), the gamer will receive a full refund or credit.

  • Hosts who repeatedly cancel may be subject to temporary suspension from the platform.

2.2 Equipment or Power Failures

  • If a session is interrupted due to technical issues (e.g., rig malfunction, power outage), we will assess the case and issue a partial or full refund depending on the duration completed.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Late arrivals or early departures

  • Dissatisfaction with personal performance or race results

  • Minor technical issues that do not prevent gameplay

However, we value all feedback and will review complaints on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

4. Host Earnings

Hosts will receive their profit share only for completed sessions that are not cancelled or refunded.
If a session is refunded, the host payout will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Platform Cancellations

In rare cases, RacingPlaymate.com may cancel bookings due to:

  • Safety or compliance concerns

  • Platform upgrades or technical maintenance

  • Violation of community guidelines

In such cases, gamers will receive a full refund or an alternative slot at no extra cost.
