Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Just Racer (“the Company”), operating as RacingPlaymate.com, and you, the user (“Customer” or “Host”), who accesses or uses our services.

By using the RacingPlaymate platform, making a booking, or hosting a sim racing rig, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Overview

RacingPlaymate connects gamers (“Customers”) with home-based hosts (“Hosts”) to enjoy high-quality sim racing sessions using equipment owned and maintained by Just Racer

This Agreement outlines:

  • The terms of service for gamers booking play sessions.

  • The operational responsibilities of hosts.

  • The rights, limitations, and obligations of all parties.

2. Services Provided

The Company provides:

  • Access to a network of RacingPlaymate-certified hosts.

  • High-performance sim racing rigs and software.

  • A booking platform to schedule and pay for sessions.

  • Technical maintenance and customer support.

All equipment remains the property of Just Racer Pte. Ltd.

3. Gamer Responsibilities

As a gamer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking.

  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.

  • Treat all equipment, hosts, and properties respectfully.

  • Follow host and safety instructions at all times.

  • Avoid reckless behaviour, damage, or misuse of equipment.

Failure to comply may result in denied service, suspension, or loss of access without refund.

4. Host Responsibilities

Hosts agree to:

  • Provide a clean, safe, and welcoming space for players.

  • Ensure the RacingPlaymate rig is used only for approved sessions.

  • Report issues or damages immediately.

  • Maintain professionalism and protect customer privacy.

  • Follow the payout and reporting guidelines provided by the Company.

The host does not own the sim rig and must not use it for commercial or private gain outside RacingPlaymate.

5. Payment and Fees

For Gamers:

  • All payments must be made via the official RacingPlaymate booking system.

  • Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  • Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For Hosts:

  • Hosts earn a fixed percentage (typically 25%) of each completed session’s net revenue.

  • Payments are made monthly via PayNow or bank transfer.

  • Payouts exclude cancelled or refunded sessions.

6. Equipment Ownership and Maintenance

  • All sim racing rigs, accessories, and related hardware are owned by Just Racer

  • The Company will handle installation, maintenance, and major repairs.

  • Hosts are responsible for ensuring the rig’s environment is safe and dry.

  • In cases of damage caused by negligence, the Company may seek partial cost recovery.

7. Liability and Indemnity

The Company is not liable for:

  • Injuries or damages caused by misuse of equipment or unsafe conduct.

  • Loss or damage to personal property at host premises.

  • Power failures, internet disruptions, or unforeseen downtime.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its staff, and hosts from claims arising from their own actions or violations of this Agreement.

8. Insurance and Safety

The Company carries insurance for its equipment and public liability, but users are expected to act responsibly.
Hosts are encouraged to have basic home insurance coverage.

All parties must comply with local laws, safety protocols, and community standards.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, images, trademarks, content, and system designs belong to Just Racer.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the RacingPlaymate platform or experience without written consent.

10. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Users violate this Agreement or the Community Policy.

  • Hosts misuse or damage company property.

  • Gamers exhibit inappropriate behaviour or fail to comply with safety rules.

Termination may occur without prior notice for serious violations.

​

11. Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving issues amicably.
In case of disputes, please contact us first at info@racingplaymate.com.
If unresolved, both parties agree to seek mediation in Singapore before pursuing legal action.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore’s courts.

13. Agreement Acknowledgement

By creating an account, booking a session, or hosting a rig, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement, including related policies (Refund & Cancellation, Community, Privacy, and Host Agreement).
